Personalised Communication Review · Private Practice
Listener Lens is a personalised communication review that helps you see how your message may land with the person receiving it.
You share a short piece of real communication: an introduction, pitch, presentation, interview response or conversation that matters. I review it through a listener's lens, then walk you through what is working, what may create unintended meaning and what can be strengthened.
Reviews are conducted personally by Gina Ghosh.
Why This Matters
When you review your own communication, you already know what you meant. That makes it difficult to experience the message the way another person hears it for the first time.
A sentence that felt clear to you may give someone else a different meaning. A pitch may sound less confident than intended. An introduction may be forgotten. A response may raise a doubt you did not mean to create.
People rarely stop and explain what did not land. They simply carry away the meaning they received.
When Listener Lens Is Useful
Listener Lens is useful when the outcome depends not only on what you say, but on what the other person understands, trusts and remembers.
What Listener Lens Does
Most communication feedback
Structure, delivery, confidence and word choice.
Listener Lens
Listener Lens examines another part of the same conversation: what your communication may be giving the listener reason to understand, question, trust or remember.
It looks for what is coming through clearly, where hesitation may arise, what may be remembered after the words fade and where the meaning received may differ from the meaning intended.
Listener Lens does not claim to know exactly what a specific listener thinks. It applies a listener's lens to identify likely interpretations, reception signals and unintended meaning.
How it Works
Share a short audio or video recording of real communication, along with context about the situation, listener and outcome you want.
I review the communication through a listener's lens, looking at what is likely to come through clearly, what may create doubt or unintended meaning and what the listener may remember.
We discuss the review in a one hour one to one session, so you can understand what is working, where meaning may shift and what can be strengthened.
What You Receive
A Listener Lens Review includes:
The aim is not to make you sound polished for the sake of polish. The aim is to help your message arrive closer to the meaning you intended.

About Listener Lens
Listener Lens is the work of Gina Ghosh, a strategy and communications advisor with over 25 years of experience helping founders, business leaders, experts and organisations strengthen positioning, reputation, communication and influence.
For much of her career, Gina worked on the speaker's side of communication: what a leader, brand or spokesperson should say, and how to make it clearer, more credible and more persuasive.
Over time, one question became increasingly important: what actually landed?
Listener Lens grew from that question. It was built to help people examine the meaning their communication may create on the receiving side before the moment matters.

No. Listener Lens is not a public speaking class or delivery coaching programme. It reviews a real piece of communication from the listener's side, looking at what may be understood, remembered, questioned or interpreted differently from what you intended.
No. Listener Lens does not claim to read a specific person's mind. It identifies likely interpretations, reception signals, strengths, doubts and unintended meaning based on the communication shared.
A short audio or video recording of a real communication moment is best: an introduction, pitch, presentation excerpt, interview response or important message you want reviewed.
