Listener Lens is a personalised communication review that helps you see how your message may land with the person receiving it.
You share a short piece of real communication: an introduction, pitch, presentation, interview response or conversation that matters. I review it through a listener's lens, then walk you through what is working, what may create unintended meaning and what can be strengthened.

Why This Matters
You can replay your words. You cannot easily hear them as someone else did.
When you review your own communication, you already know what you meant. That makes it difficult to experience the message the way another person hears it for the first time.
A sentence that felt clear to you may give someone else a different meaning. A pitch may sound less confident than intended. An introduction may be forgotten. A response may raise a doubt you did not mean to create.

Listener Lens does not claim to know exactly what a specific listener thinks. It applies a listener's lens to identify likely interpretations, reception signals and unintended meaning.

Listener Lens is the work of Gina Ghosh, a strategy and communications advisor with over 25 years of experience helping founders, business leaders, experts and organisations strengthen positioning, reputation, communication and influence.
For much of her career, Gina worked on the speaker's side of communication: what a leader, brand or spokesperson should say, and how to make it clearer, more credible and more persuasive.
Over time, one question became increasingly important: what actually landed?

Is this public speaking training?
No. Listener Lens is not a public speaking class or delivery coaching programme. It reviews a real piece of communication from the listener's side, looking at what may be understood, remembered, questioned or interpreted differently from what you intended.
Do you tell me exactly what my listener is thinking?
No. Listener Lens does not claim to read a specific person's mind. It identifies likely interpretations, reception signals, strengths, doubts and unintended meaning based on the communication shared.
What kind of recording should I submit?
A short audio or video recording of a real communication moment is best: an introduction, pitch, presentation excerpt, interview response or important message you want reviewed.

The final review fee depends on the scope and complexity of the communication being reviewed.
What Happens Next

- 02If Listener Lens is the right fit for your communication, you will be contacted with the review fee, payment details and available consultation slots.
- 03Your review begins after payment is received.
- 04Once payment is confirmed, your consultation will be scheduled and the online meeting link will be shared by email and mobile.
Review fees are payable in advance. Once payment is received and your review is confirmed, fees are non refundable as preparation and analysis begin immediately.
Your material stays yours. Recordings and responses are used only to prepare your Listener Lens Review. They are not published, displayed, shared, or used as case material.
